I am 5'11" 170 lbs, the regular size is perfect.
Enough width at the shoulders too.
Great bag for the low 40's possible high 30's as I
sleep cold.
Foot girth (40in) could be larger but in this class 40 inches is on the large size. This bag exceeded my expectations.

This bag meets all the criteria I was looking for, temperature rating, weight and compressibility. The general description is wildly inaccurate, it weighs more than a pound but is still light for the rating. The color of the catalog photo is also inaccurate, it's actually (i think) a much more appealing green. The construction details and materials are evident and of very high quality. The inside fabric feels like high end bedding, very soft and comfortable but not at all fragile. Same for the outside shell. I was also considering the comparable bags from Western Mountaineering and MontBell, my friends at sunnysports made the choice for me with their price on the Hydrogen. Fast delivery and no cost shipping, no complaints.
