Shopper Does this jacket fit true, athletic, or large?
Mountain T Like most Mammut gear, this jacket is trim fitting, though not tight or small. Halfway between athletic and true fit in the body, and closer fitting in the neck and hood.
PHIL T I though it fit a bit large around the arms and around the belly. I'm a 6"6' 210 guy with an athletic build and I was hoping it would be more form fitting but it's not exactly that. It fits okay and I'm dealing with it. I love the way it feels and the water resistance is pretty good as well. It isn't as warm as I was expecting either but I really do love it, I just wish it were a bit cheaper for the warmth, or warmer for the price.
PAUL K I normally wear a L in jackets 44" chest 34 " waist, but Mammut tends to run small so I ordered an XL and it fits perfectly. It is definitely an athletic cut- even the XL is not too big in the waist. It is a beautiful jacket by the way.

MING LIN H Mens Small fit well (5'4" & 123 lbs). Not snug but cant layer unless just thin middle layer.
MATTHEW L 99% of the time I'm a medium and I had to return it for a large. Fits perfectly now, but if you're unsure I wouldn't go smaller. This is by far the best down jacket available, you will not be disappointed.
