I bought this jacket because I was going to travel and needed a good rain jacket. The hood is adjustable in a couple of ways to make it fit and comfortable to wear in the rain.

I find it to be completely waterproof, and I like that you can tighten the sleeves at the wrists.

When it's colder weather, I wear a fleece jacket under this one. (I ordered a size larger than I normally would so I could wear a sweater or fleece underneath, and it's perfect. I couldn't be happier with it.
