TONY W I bought gaiters for brother and myself. The length is good they should ride just below your knee. However their explanation of size is off. They tend to run big. I landed in the middle of the large and my brother in the medium. It ended up I kept the medium and we got him a small. Other than that. These are great! I have already gaff'd them multiple times with no damage to them! This destroyed my kenetrak gators in just a few trips in the mountains
