I use this primarily for neighborhood walks. I have problems with my back and left leg. This provides great support. Very light weight.

I bought this to use as a cane initially but wanted the flexability to use as a hiking stick, too. Like the adjustability and seems very well made. Handle is ergonomically shaped but may be a bit small for large hands. All in all, very pleased with it.
