CHRIS A Yes, Lufthansa allows carry-on bags up to 55cm x 40cm x 20cm (21.6 x 15.7 x 7.9 inches). The Lowe Alpine TT Carry-On 40 is: 21 x 13 x 7 inches. Of course when fully packed it will probably be thicker than 7 inches. This is a soft bag and not the huge wheeled solid luggage so it does not attract attention and can be squished to fit in a smaller area. I have traveled the world with this bag and have never had a problem carrying it on a plane. It's versatile, well-made, and holds a surprising amount of clothing and supplies. Highly recommended and at the current low price I might have to buy another one!

MICHAEL C I just received an email question about this item. It meets the requirements for American, Air France, British Airways and EasyJet. Perhaps those are close or larger than Luftahnsa and you will be fine.
