DAN D Stephen, The faric is 91" x 75". The straps that attach to the tent stacks are 5" long to the grommet. That gives you aprox 99" x 81.5" between tiedown points. I have only used it on a couple test runs in my back yard, but I think it will provide adequate service. I fits the Kelty Trail Ridge tent well and has color-coded straps to match the tent. Dan
