STEPHEN S No. It's one large compartment with with full front zippered access. So u can still access your sleeping bag from the front and not have to dig through everything from the top, but it is not a seperate compartment.

GINA H No it does not. This pack is intended more for a day-pack or an over night pack and is not fully equiped with a sleeping bag compartment like the larger - extened stay packs are. I'm a "go-lite" hiker, so I care minimal gear. I can fit my sleeping bag in this one with the other things I need. However, this pack is not recommended for occassional hikers due to limited space for things like your sleeping bag. Hope that helps and contact me anytime.

ADAM A No, it does not come with a sleeping bag compartment.

GINA H No. This model would use a medium/Large size rain cover which would need to be purchases separately. A built in rain cover could wear out or get a hole. This would render the whole built in rain cover useless. An external, aftermarket cover can be replaced as needed with no affect to the pack.

CHERIE C It does not come with a rain cover but the material is pretty thick so does a good job of keeping your things dry for a while.
