Great pack - I used if for the the Susan G Komen 3 Day. It held everything I needed; 2 water bottles, extra pair of socks, snacks, sun screen, etc... The front pouch held all the items I needed quick access; cell phone, sun screen, camera, chap stick, gum. The inside compartment held an extra pair of socks, snacks, money, etc.
