Hey there.. I came across your watch while looking for an outdoors watch to buy since im into hunting,fishing and other sports.. I am really interested in how the digital compass works so can you please responds to me on how that works ? It will save me time from having to always take out my compass(which is inside my backpack) all the time in order to find out which way I am heading. Does it give me live readings, like if i was to turn heading north coming from west, it will tell me that im heading north ? If that is the case, then maybe this product is exactly what I will need for my next hunting trip, thanks. Please respond back to me on this..
To work the compass, you press a button. Once calibrated, the readings are very fast. I still keep my compass & map handy to get bearings. For keeping on the right heading, these watches can"t be beat.Have Fun Out There!Carl
