Shopper im 6 ft tall should i buy a large?
JOHN F I'm also 6 ft tall and about 170 lbs. I bought a medium and it fits just fine. To me the waist size would be more of an issue. If you're a hefty guy, you might want to go bigger in size.

I'm 6' 1" , 180 lbs., and I bought the large size. I have the Z55 and the Z65 Gregory backpacks and they fit me great. The most comfortable packs I have ever owned. There is a size adjustment feature on the waistbelt, so you can make it a small, medium or a large that way also. Hope this helps.

CLARK G I am 5'11" and the large fits me fine. It has more to do with porportions though so your fit may be different. I would suggest starting with the large.
