Shopper Does the Jade 50 have front zip acess?
XIN S Only a small zip front bag.You can't open the main bag through front zip.
BETH H This is a top loader pack but it does have a full zipper along the left side to access the main compartment. The outer compartment has a full zip too.
ANGELA C It has a big top entrance and a side entrance as well as that external pocket you see (it holds more than you'd think) and then between the pocket and the main pack is a good spot for a water reservoir or a pair of shoes. It really is a nice pack, I'm so glad I got it. Lots of unexpected room and little places to store stuff and clip stuff onto the pack. Hope this helps!
KURT S No, not to the main compartment. It's a top loader. The zipper on the front goes to a small pocket.
JAMES G The Jade doesn't have a full panel-load access; however, it does have a zipper on the panel, on your left as you wear the pack, that allows you limited access to the inside of the pack to grab a rain jacket, gloves, etc. My Girlfriend loves this pack.
