I am 6 foot 1 and 175 lbs and I fit just fine. You could easily get away with 6 foot 2. However, the bag is on the snug side, so if you're much more than 200 lbs you'll probably want a roomier model. I camped in 37 degree weather in T-shirt and shorts and didn't even use the hood, although I was in a tent with a 2 inch pad. The bottom is on the slick side, so make sure you camp on very flat ground. Interior fabric has a wonderful feel to it.
