I've taken my tent beach camping, to a music festival and river camping. It rained all three places and we managed to stay completely dry inside the tent. On the river camping trip especially, it poured all night long but the inside of the tent stayed dry. It was fairly windy at the beach and a thunderstorm came through on the last night. The tent didn't blow away and no rain got inside.

The tent has two long rods that hold the tent upright and a third for the canopy. The whole thing assembles in less than 15 minutes with a second set of hands. The bottom of the tent is heavy duty tarp material and it comes with a tarp door mat. It's super airy and fits a queen sized air mattress. I bought a slightly bigger tent to comfortably sleep two people and fit all our gear. You could get four people in the tent real cozy, but there would be no room left for bags or other gear.

I actually am really pleased with my purchase. The price seems very fair for what you get. It's easy to pack away and carry, very light. I'm a young woman with minimal camping experience and have had no trouble packing, toting or setting it up.

I did a lot of research before buying this tent and found it to be the best value. The best thing I can say about this tent is the headroom in this tent. Plenty of room for a cot and gear very nice for car camping and not to heavy for backpacking when you slit the load between hikers.

set this tent up in my backyard, left overnight. With minimal rain, the interior had pooling water. Great price, but you get what you pay for. If you want to wake up with water in your tent, pick this up immediately!

I set it up in the back yard and slept in it for two nights through a rain storm. I remained dry and secure. I bought heavier tent pegs for it. You also must be careful when unzipping the front door during rain, that water doesn't enter through the open door (the rain fly doesn't totally cover the door.)

Set this up at a big country music fest and 15 min later it started raining. Rained hard for 7 hours straight - not a drop of water in the tent! I did seal the seams when I first got it, but that was it. With a cot and all my junk (table, suitcase, laundry basket, etc.!!) it was the right size for me - I think 4 people could sleep in it, but only if they REALLY like each other and didn't have any or their gear in it. Also, was able to get it back into its case both times that I used it.
