CARMEN J I don't see why not! On me it sits above my hips so I don't think it would interfere with a saddle, and I am very small. If your trail riding saddle has a really high cantle I guess it could be annoying but my guess is that it would be fine.
SHANTEL D Definitely! I use mine for Mountain bike riding and hiking. It has a couple small pockets for keys and light snacks too
