SUZANNE K I have used this pak for more than 10 ski trips, resort, and back country. It IS white, so it does get a little dirty, However, I think I like it better now that it has been more "worn in". The fabric is tough, and the construction is pretty superior to other paks I have owned. The low profile makes it good for riding lifts as well.

Emily H I wouldn't say it's completely water proof. But dirt and what not do come out with a little soap and scrubbing for the white bag. This pack is a perfect size for skiing and hiking. I've used it for both and love it.
