I use this for long runs. Very stable, hardly felt it was on. Adequate volume. My 8 year old son loves it more than me. Great product. I own many Camelbak items.

Used for a 56-mile ride. The way it is designed, the water tube can easily get crimped by your shoulder. Once this was determined, it worked really well but the crimp is still there. Hopefully it will work itself out. I need to remember to watch how the tube lays on my shoulder and otherwise it seems like a great product. I am small and found it to be a nice size and weight for me.
