a little bulkier than I expected but I like them. LOVE how they adjust!
BD Trail Shock Poles

This is my first set of TPs. I find that they dramatically reduce the amount of fatigue in my hands while also reducing the impact of the trail on my legs. Particlularly helpful in up/down grades that are steep. The only improvement would be a material that was absorbant of moisture on the handles as my hands sweat while hiking.
