I'm 5 ft 7 and use the 105-125cm (setting it to ~120cm)
In general pole length should be set as follows:
Put your arm at the side of your body then bend the elbow at a 90 degree angle so your forearm is parallel to the floor. The height of your palm above the floor is the pole length you need.

I am 5 ft 4 inches and purchased the medium which is 105cm to 125cm and have found them excellent. My husband 5ft 10inches has just used them to climb Mt Kilimanjaro and he also found them invaluable

GARY R We bought the 95-110 cm size for my wife. She is 5'1" and has them set at 105 cm. If you are a couple inches taller, you would probably want the next size up.
These poles are fantastic, and worth every penny you'll pay for them.
AMY L They are adjustable within ranges. Could go to a local store and get a feel for your size. I love how compact they are.

CHERYL P A We went to the Black Diamond web site and they have the sizing. These are really light and my husband likes them a lot. I have the aluminum adjustable z poles and they are great but I think I like my husband's more because they are so light.
