I must say this product is very well made. The Led lamp is powerful , and easy to operate. The headband, is also, quality made. I use this lamp for many applications. Don,t buy some cheaper quality item, you see for a little less money, only to replace it soon after short use. This Black Diamond product, is made to last.

The Black Diamond Cosmos headlight works very well, super bright and light weight.

I use this headlamp as a primary search light for search and rescue. The headlamp has plenty of settings for the varied lighting needs I have for night searches. The ability to dim the main super bright L E D is excellent for tracking due to the fact that at times you can have too much light. Another plus is having the ability to strobe in both red as well as white light as we sometimes need to mark our location for others to converge on our location.
