This is a nice, adjustable light. The spotlight is intense, and I really like the dimming feature, especially on the proximity light setting. Quality is on a par with my Petzel Tikka. For the price, it is a no-brainer.

This is a great headlamp, especially for the price. The specifications on here are kinda vague, but this lamp has two sets of lights - a bigger central bulb, and then two side bulbs. Both sets have fully adjustable brightness - not just a low/high setting, actual dim/brightness control. There is also a blink setting, which is great for emergencies, but possibly of lesser day-to-day use.

The lamp also pivots at the bottom, so you can angle it down through ~5 settings.

All in all this lamp is fantastic, especially considering it's less than 30 dollars.

The only very slight downside is that is not the thinnest headlamp out there, but it is light on the head and the strap is comfortable, so it really isn't that big of a deal.
