Eric D I have seen these at REI, they can nest but there is a gap in between the 2 plates. So not perfectly but they can...sort of. Lol. They could be used as a bowl for Mountain House meals or something like that, I wouldn't use it for cereal or anything like that, but the Delta Bowl is nice. They nest the same way but the bowl is a really good size, and feels good in your hand, especially with the thumb stud! PS. there is a new Delta bowl that comes with a lid now, check it out!
