I had a Recon that lasted over 7 years of constant day-to-day use, and it would probably last a few more years! It started showing some wear, and it was time for a new one. The fact it comes in bright colors now, was the best selling feature for me. I am sure this one will last just as long as the last!

I carry this pack almost every day. It is versatile and sturdy. It is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it is working out well. It keeps its shape well with the back padding. It is organized well and the zipper pulls make it easy to zip.

Compared to my old backpack, this one is great! I'm currently a college student who carries a laptop, 2-4 textbooks, notebooks and folder almost everyday. Instantly I noticed a difference. It feels so much lighter and is less bulky so it doesn't look like I'm carrying all those books. The only con I have is that it is a very tight fit for my laptop. My laptop is an abnormal 16in. I figured with the dimension of the backpack that it would fit..and it does. It is just a tight fit. Overall I would recommend this backpack to anyone.

My eighth grader has to carry three textbooks home a night plus several notebooks. Her backpack is heavy but comfortable and everything gets in there, including her lunch bag. Add to that, all her friends think the lime green color is very cool!
