Purchased this product to bring up to Yellowstone and so far have used in a couple times backpacking in Red River Gorge. Excellent product, very bright and a great value. All of my pals are super jelly of how bright this thing is. If you need a good light, you won't regret this purchase.

I got this for my marathoner husband who runs in rain, snow, hail, ... on ice, in sweltering heat, on trails, in "urban jungles", on sand ... with the double baby jogger uphill, YOU NAME IT. And now... even in complete darkness! Will I ever see my husband again??? Now he can run 24/7. He loves the headlamp. And I like the red "tailight" so that vehicles can see him from behind.

I wear this around my waist so when i run the light doesnt bounce around. It is perfect for those 5am runs in the midwest.
The battery life is good for 10 good hour long runs and easy to recharge with the base station charging unit.

Purchased for Ragnar relay and used light on two of my three sections of running. It was great in low light and very bright for my night running when there was no moon. The flashing rear light was great. I do not think anyone had trouble seeing me come or go.
