Comments about Atlas 3-part Poles (pair):
I use these poles for snowshoeing only and especially love the ease at which they are adjusted and set. I think the tension adjustment on mine was a little too tight from the factory because they were a little difficult to snap closed and on the 3rd use the bottom snap that secures the poles length snapped. I haven't contacted Atlas as yet as they just broke 2 hours ago. Despite the break, I'd buy them again as they really are great poles.
