For both home and travel, I use a "Tempurpedic NeckPillow - Travel" and this pillowcase fits that so perfectly, it's as if it's made for it. Previously, I had been using normal pillowcases for this very small pillow and it was awkward. This is just perfect.

I stuff this with my puffy or the thermarest hooded poncho/camp blanket.

I have tried numerous backpacking pillows and they either make too much noise when you roll around, are difficult to inflate to the right amount of firmness or they are too cold on cool nights. So I often would go back to the stuff sack full of clothing approach. The trekker takes that idea and almost perfects it. It still takes some practice getting it stuffed correctly so its comfortable. The cover is just 'sticky' enough that I didn't have to chase it around the tent during the night. I did find it a little clammy at times since it doesn't breath much. But overall its the best I have slept on so far.

I use these great little pillowcases all summer long for keeping my camp pillow clean. I am leery of putting the pillow in the laundry, so this pillowcase is a great solution for having a clean pillow for every trip. Get 2, they're small.

I use this pillowcase with the Thermarest inflatable pillow. It is just the right size, soft, dries fast, and has a neutral pattern. I got a couple because I can't always do laundry between trips.
