Ok my absolute favorite bag is the yama sassafras but it's $350 and not for this. But this thing is incredible! I wish i'd known about them years ago. We use it to stuff all the extra layers for snow sports when we know the moment we open the car door, everyone is going to be freezing, but we don't want to deal with stashing a bag for the day and it just packs up in my pocket.

Carry this in my main backpack for groceries. The capacity is pretty huge, also the zip helps make sure nothing falls out. Prefer it to the ultra sil shopping bag.

Weighs nothing and takes up virtually no space when rolled up into its integral stuff sack. Nice to have on our kayaking expeditions to help carry stuff. Thanks Sea to Summit - you guys and gals think of everything!

This is my absolute essential travel bag. I go "carry on" only and use this as a liner inside my suitcase. It weighs NOTHING, and if the gate check agent is in a bad mood and makes me check my rolling suitcase, I can just reach in and take this out (full of all my essential items) and stuff it in whatever overhead space this is while my rolling bag disappears into baggage claim. It is unbelievably strong and I've used it as a checked bag on multiple occasions when I've bought too much stuff on my travels and need to check a bag when returning. It serves as a laundry bag when I'm at my destination, a grocery bag when doing a bit of food shopping, and is water resistant so helps protect my items in an unexpected rainstorm. I give these as gifts to all my friends and at first they are skeptical and then they fall in love too. I wash mine in the machine and hang to dry and so far I've gotten years of use out of my initial purchases. I recommend getting several different colors and "doubling up" - so, for example, I line my suitcase with a blue and an orange one - with all of my clothes packed inside - and then when I arrive at my destination I use the orange for dirty laundry and the blue for clean. They are so lightweight it's fine to pack several.

This is the greatest bag I have every owned. I always keep one with me in my backpack and I use it all the time, carrying a weeks worth of groceries or filling it up with firewood or as a laundry bag. Machine washable and quick drying. I have four of these bags and I don't leave my house without one, these are the greatest reusable bags ever made. I have had at least 1 for about 8 years now, and I am really hard on them. The handle was starting to fray but i put a couple stiches in it and now its fine. The stuff sack has unattached from the bag and black top of the draw string pouch has also pulled a way however its still completely usable. My original bag has started to develop tiny pin holes, but again i filled it with 60lbs of fire wood. If you are reading this review, you should just buy one you won't regret it. I love this bag, if Sea to Summit stops making these I am going to need to buy a couple more so I have a life time supply.

I use these bags as a food bag on long, expedition style trips for work and play, approx 3-5mo of use per year. With careful use and plenty of tenacious tape, I get about 3 years out of each. A perfect 1:1 replacement for heavier duffels issued by work.

This duffle goes with me on more trips than any other backpack or bag, because of its versatility and durability. It packs tiny yet holds a ton. It's light enough to use as a food bag for a 4 person week-long backpacking trip, or a spare duffle for a road trip or flight home. It punches above its weight compared to any other packable duffle I've tried.
