Such a great cap. Everyone on my swim team was jealous.

I used it for swimming in a pool, a lake and even at the beach. And all of those times the cap was comfortable, didn't leak and for me added a new dimension with the bumps on the outside. Speedo did a great job! Definitely buying again.
