Solid Constrction with Good Interior Padding
Purchased this for my dive light and accessories. I did a good job picking out the right size, but the pick and pluck foam (which I didn't see mentioned on their website) makes a custom fit easy. If you do make an error in cutting too much/many, I found aqua seal to do a nice job putting the "missing" foam back. I managed to fit a BigBlue 4500 cordless dive light, charger, goodman glove, extra battery and have room for another battery. All of those accessory items are very much on the large...

The S3 T5000 case is watertight, hard-sided and airtight case with a pressure relief valve that allows for air pressure equalization due to atmospheric changes. This patented dry box with silicone cord seal is designed to handle full submersions to 3' (1 meter) for 30 minutes. Made from high impact ABS. All hinge and latch pins are made from stainless steel and will not rust. Latches are a compound design for positive seal and easy opening of case. Case comes with pick and pluck foam insert for custom sizing to protect content from shifting and high impact. The case has a convenient fold down handle for transport and easy storage. Padlock ready (lock holes next to latches) for absolute security and peace of mind.
Case has outside dimensions of 10.18" x 8.55" x 4.78" (25.86 cm x 21.7 cm x 17.78 cm) with internal dimensions of 9.37" x 7.34" x 4.08" (23.8 cm x 18.6 cm x 10.36 cm) with a volume of 280.6 cubic inches (4.6 liters) and weighs 2.8 lbs. (1.27 kg) when empty. The internal dimensions make this case perfect for storing GPS tracking devices, binoculars GoPro camera, hand gun storage, first aid and safety supplies, scientific equipment, dive mask, digital camera, two-way radio, geocache storage, video camera and more. Case conforms to MIL-STD-810F Transit Drop Test and Immersion Test and SAE J575 Dust Resistant Test. Case is proudly made in USA.
