This is a good, compact liked that easily fits in a pocket. Bright at close range but loses some intensity at distance.

This is a great diving light. It is small, yet very bright. It could be used both as a primary or a backup.

I prefer to night dive with a light in this range rather than really bright lights; I also prefer a relatively narrow beam rather than a wide beam. As I take pictures, I need to be able to turn my light off with one hand -- I need a switch, not two hands to rotate the front bezel. This light fits the bill. I got about 4 hours burn on fresh AA's. My "con" is that I can't put rechargeable batteries in this light. If anyone knows how, let me know. When I use my rechargeable batteries, I have to force the battery pack in and it is almost impossible to remove.

I have a home-made forearm mount designed for hands-free use of a torch light. I use to mount my Impact XL on the mount, but this is a backup light and I wanted a primary (brighter) torch light to use instead (as my Princeton Tec Shockwave II is a pistol grip). So far the Torrent has worked wonderfully. Solid, bright light but still compact enough to attach to my forearm mount. I did have a problem with the switch on the first one they sent, but Leisure Pro was very responsive and replaced it. No problems so far with the replacement.

I have taken this on 3 night dives now. Very easy to operate under water (switch on or off if you want to see any glowing phos). The light outshone all my dive buddies with a nice white light. Wondering how it fades over time but nice and solid and didnt leak. Other dive buddies torches exploded OMG!

Got this on special and liked LED when compared with Halogen and Xenon lights dive friends had. Good solid feel in hands. Worked fine at depth. Would Recommend for price. Would make great second light for the big light crowd and good first light for anyone else.

I purchased and used this light on some cavern dives, and a night dive. Worked flawlessly. Small, very bright, and reliable. I would definitely purchase again. Switch activated so there is no chance of flooding it when turning it on/off underwater. Also has a lock so that it doesn't turn on in transit.

I recently purchased and used this light for a night dive in Cozumel. I was pleased with it's light weight and high intensity. It performed well and I had no problems with it. It sure beats having to lug around a heavy light especially with the airline weight restrictions.

Works great for close-up viewing or looking into dark holes. Compact and easy to operate.

This is the first light I have owned. I have used it as a primary light on a couple night dives so far. It is light, compact, and very bright. My dive buddy's bulky 6 C cell halogen was not as bright as this LED light, but the light produced by the LED does not show colors as vividly as the halogen.

Its a good light, when it works. I had to tape all the batteries together because one would slip out just enough to cut the current. With the tape, this light is great...

First product I've purchased from Leisure Pro. Fast delivery to Australia. Even with a $40 shipping cost the light was $20 cheaper than purchasing locally, with the Bonus smaller Princeton Tec thrown in! Will purchase from Leisure Pro again!

I purchased and use this light as my first backup for Technical Wreck Diving. I like the compact size, and bright 3 watt LED. It works great.

I've used this light underwater just as much as above water. Works great everytime. The beam is great; not to wide but with a tight spot as well. Batteries will last forever.

The Torrent LED Dive Light was designed for the diver who wants high performance in a smaller package. With its Max-Bright LED, the Torrent LED is a small enough for looking into tiny crevices but has the power to be a primary dive light if needed. This 8 AA cell battery (included) dive light is excellent for local diving or for putting in your gear bag for vacation travel.
The durable LED bulb will last about 10,000 hours and will bring out the true colors of all your underwater adventures. The light produces 280 lumens of brightness with a burn time of 30-hours. Light comes equipped with an adjustable wrist lanyard, is depth rated to 330' (100 meters) and weighs 12.87 oz. (365 g) with batteries.
