Having many cf carss, this case was exactly what I needed to keep track of all of them. It's ahaed case has protected my cards from many drops and the top slot allows for me to connect it to my backpack. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

A great case to store my CF cards securely. The seal keeps moisture out. It is slim enough to fit in my card section of my camera bag. I like that it holds 6 cards.

What I like about it is that it holds 6 CF cards (a set that I already own holds 8, but many others hold only 4 these days) and its design which locks when it's closed is excellent, keeping the cards from flying all over in the field. It is made of a very strong plastic so it will hold up well. While I am pleased with those things, I find it too thick to pile into camera bags, especially the bags that have compartments to hold components. I can still fit 4 of those old ones into one of the bag's pockets, but only 2 of these. If that's not a problem for you, then the rating stars go up to 5.

Have the soft cases and hard cases. I love using them both for situations, but at the end of the day.. during travel and storage.. they always go back to the hard case. Its a Pelican.. great build for piece of mind. Invest in what holds all of your hard work!

Pelican is the absolute best in protecting all my gear. From camera case ( Pelican 1510) to the 0945 CF card case. This is my second one and I wouldn't have any other case protecting my CF cards. The design is slim, and will fit in just about any bag or pocket... Living in Wyoming and shooting wildlife can be a test of the elements and I don't have to worry about any of my gear getting damaged.... Great products!!!!!

Good tight, up to Pelican standards security for your CF cards. Will store only CF cards, but very secure will withstand a pretty wet accident.

This product is great for carrying extra CF cards in the field. It seems to be well constructed and I hope it is weather resistant, although I haven't had it in the rain. We have plenty of dust in Arizona and I feel these cards are safe stored in this case.

This Pelican Compact Flash card case is very well constructed. The cards fit tightly in the structured foam padding and the case latches securely. Many of us are probably guilty of overlooking the value of our camera media despite investing hundreds if not thousands of dollars. With Pelican Memory Card cases I have confidence that my media is reasonably well protected before and after a shoot. I purchased two CF Card cases and two SD Card cases and labeled one of each for empty and full cards. This way I keep the media organized and don't have to wonder if I just put a full card back into the camera. There is a bit more bulk to the Pelican hard cases than typical media wallets or folders but that is to be expected given the rigid protection provided.

I purchased this product for piece of mind. I've used Pelican Cases in the past, and have never had a negative experience! I can honestly say I would be okay with this falling into the ocean. That's saying a lot! Water tight, Air tight, and has great construction. You could drop this out of a 3rd story window! Pelican does it again.

This card case would be fantastic if the slots weren't too small. After putting a couple cards in (without the plastic protection covers) the third wouldn't fit. The foam just bends out of the way temporarily and then snaps back (displacing the card). Other than this poor attention to detail in the design, it's a very durable and protective case.
