Big tinny military like pressure pot..

This is a big, tinny almost military like camp meal pot, gallon and one half, but can be used for smaller half gallon (two quart) meals too.. Boil time all depends on you elevation, stove type, amount of water and food and even the amount of salt in water. Expect five minutes maybe less with two quarts of water and food on a typical stove at average elevation. Pressure cookers are used world wide, more so in places like Europe and Asia than America because they are the most energy efficient and quickest way to cook most foods. Americans will eventually catch on to pressure cookers, quit being scared and intimidated by them, as a quick way to make healthy meals.... Get the smaller 2L GSI pressure cooker if only making smaller meals for one or two people...
