I have been using your products for years. I own several of the hydration systems, from packs to bottles. I am still using all of them, which speaks to the quality of the gear.

Easy to use, pretty much exactly what I would expect from Camelbak. I bought this as an accessory for a new backpack and it fits in nicely and works well.

Very nice sleeve that is custom fitted for the bladder. My only issue, which cost one star in my rating, is that you can't buy the sleeve without buying (& paying for) a bladder too. It would be very easy for Camelbak to offer this and I suspect there are many who already have a bladder and just want the sleeve.

Product was as advertised, but I was hoping it would be compatible with my older Camelbak water pack. I had to replace the reservoir/hose due to it becoming gross, and this hose was too long to fit properly into the pack. That said, I got the insulated hose and having it poke out of the hose holster in the pack strap wasn't a huge issue.

Great improved product.
I'm very happy with this and it has a number of improvements over my original one from over 15 years ago. It is much easier to access and refill. My only wish is that the color was something other than black. It will be more prone to heating up when on the deck of my sea kayak.

Just what I was looking for
I like cold water when I hike. I usually fill my hydration bladder completely with ice and add a little water. This works well until all my ice melts, which typically doesn't take long when it's hot outside. I bought this insulated reservoir hoping to prolong the life of my ice. I went on a long hike last week (20 miles, 10 hours) and filled the bladder all the way with ice before I hit the trail. It was 80 degrees outside, and my ice lasted about 7 hours. It would have lasted the entire 10 hours, but I had to add water to the bladder, and after 7 hours my frozen water bottle was longer cold. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and will most likely buy the 3L version as well. My only complaint is the strap on top - it's a little thick and can be difficult to hang when your backpack provides only a small loop for bladder suspension.

Product seems to work fine. I bought two of them and have written customer service TWICE to find out what packs are best for carrying these reservoir and NO response!

Great product
Bought to both keep water slightly cooler in summer and prevent freezing while skiing. So far used this summer hiking in Sedona, Grand Canyon and Zion and it worked well/as expected. Definitely an improvement over the uninsulated & exposed drink tube during 90+ degree hikes.

Almost Perfect!
I purchased this CamelBak to lash on top of my Motorcycle Dry Bag. This CamelBak would be perfect if it had multiple Molle Loops for attaching it to various other bags that have those same loops. I purchased this particular bag because I did not need shoulder straps to wear it. Also the water bag cover opens only so wide so filling the bag seemed a bit challenging. CamelBak quality is there but a few changes as mentioned would change this bag from adequate to spectacular!

Warm and dry while winter fat biking.
Insulated hydration pack was as advertised (not the one pictured above) and it worked great. Used for winter fat biking with the pack stored inside a shoulder mounted bag. Insulated tube and bite valve cap work excellent to keep water from freezing or leaking while winter riding. Best price I could find anywhere for this product.
