Adventure Medical Kits - Ultralight/Watertight .9

The Ultralight/Watertight Series features proprietary Dry-Flex bags for the ultimate in ultralight, waterproof storage. Ideal for the multi-sport athlete that refuses to be let down or weighed down by his or her gear. The Ultralight/Watertight .9 has been tested, abused, and approved by adventure racers in the Eco Challenge, Primal Quest, and Raid Gauloises. Designed for one to four people on trips up to four days, this is an ideal kit for adventures who may be exposed to the elements. Two inner Dry-Flex bags and outer seam-sealed siliconized nylon bag with water-resistant zipper, provide multiple layers of protection from the elements.

Clean and close wounds with the irrigation syringe and wound closure strips. Combat stomach illness with medications to stop diarrhea and stomach distress. Provide emergency repairs with the mini roll of duct tape. Manage pain and illnesses with a wide array of medications to treat pain, inflammation, and common allergies. Stabilize fractures and sprains with the wraps and bandages to immobilize fractures and provide support. Stop bleeding with included trauma pad and wide elastic wraps to control life-threatening bleeding. Stop blisters before they start with die-cut moleskin plus Skin Tac topical adhesive to protect against the hiker's #1 injury. Easy Access Bandages for fast and easy application and less contamination risk.

Kit measures 10" x 7.5" x 3" (25.4 cm x 19 cm x 7.6 cm) and weighs 12 oz. (340 g). Ideal uses for this kit are skiing/snowboarding, hiking/backpacking, alpine/rock climbing, off road and paddle sports. The Ultralight/Watertight .9 contains the following items:
